Your craft deserves your time.
The admin doesn’t.

MUSEHIVE builds the admin systems behind music and creative schools in Singapore — enquiries answered instantly, trials that book themselves, reminders and payments on autopilot. WhatsApp stays your front door.

WHAT I AUTOMATE

Every school is different, but the admin eating your week usually isn’t. These are the four systems I build most:

ENQUIRIES

Enquiries & trial bookings

Every enquiry gets an instant, personal reply — day or night — with a link to book a trial straight into your real calendar. No more “sorry for the late reply”, no more prospects drifting to the school that answered first.

SCHEDULING

Scheduling, reschedules & make-ups

One live schedule across every teacher and room. Parents reschedule themselves from a link; make-up lessons pick from genuinely open slots; reminders go out automatically so no-shows stop being a Tuesday surprise.

PAYMENTS

Payments, invoices & reconciliation

Term fees go out as PayNow or card links, get matched to students automatically, and politely chase themselves when unpaid. Month-end goes from an evening of bank-statement detective work to a glance at a dashboard.

CONTENT

Posters, announcements & updates

Recital posters, term announcements, holiday notices and social posts generated in your school’s style in minutes — so your Instagram stops being the thing you’ll “get to eventually”.

HOW IT WORKS — THREE STEPS, PRICES UPFRONT
1
Audit
S$1,199 · 1 week

I sit down with you and map every repetitive task in your school — then put a dollar figure on what each one actually costs you in hours and lost students. Before the week is out, one automation is already live and working. You keep everything: the map, the numbers, the automation and a prioritised roadmap — whether or not we continue.

DAY 1We walk your WhatsApp inbox together and list every recurring task.
DAYS 2–3I map your workflows and cost each leak with your real numbers.
DAYS 4–5I build one automation, live — usually trials booking themselves.
DAY 7You get the roadmap: what to fix next, in what order, at what price.
2
Build
from S$3,500 · fixed price

The full system, built end-to-end: booking, scheduling, reminders, payment collection and reconciliation — whichever the audit showed matters most. Fixed price agreed before I start, so there are no surprise invoices. Everything is documented in plain English and handed over. You own it outright — if I disappeared tomorrow, your school keeps running.

3
Care Plan
from S$499/mo

Optional, cancel anytime. I monitor everything daily, fix issues before you notice them, and keep improving the system monthly — new automations, tweaks as your school grows, and priority WhatsApp support when you need a hand. Think of it as an ops person for a fraction of a part-time hire.

WHO’S BEHIND THIS

I’m Ting — 18 years in Singapore’s music industry, and the developer who built the automation systems behind a Singapore workshop marketplace.

I’ve spent nearly two decades performing, teaching and working alongside the people who run schools and studios here — so I know the term-billing crunch, the make-up lesson Tetris, and what a parent WhatsApp message at 9:47pm feels like. Then I spent years building the systems that make that work disappear. MUSEHIVE is those two halves put together.

I build for schools because I’ve lived on both sides: the stage and the admin.

FAQ
Do I need to be technical?

No. You’ll never see code, dashboards you didn’t ask for, or jargon. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use everything I build — that’s the point.

Will this replace WhatsApp?

No — and I’d talk you out of it if you asked. Parents in Singapore live on WhatsApp, and that’s an advantage. It stays your front door; what changes is that the admin behind it — replies, bookings, reminders, payment chasing — becomes automatic.

Will I depend on you forever?

No. Everything is built on tools you own, documented in plain English, and handed over completely. The Care Plan exists for owners who’d rather not think about it — not because you’re locked in. Cancel anytime.

What tools do you use?

Mostly the ones you already have — WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, PayNow, Stripe — connected properly, with AI handling the repetitive parts in between. I don’t sell software subscriptions; I make your existing stack actually work together.

How fast do I see results?

The first automation is live before the audit week ends — most schools feel it immediately in the inbox. Full builds take two to four weeks depending on scope, and I stage them so something useful ships every week rather than one big reveal at the end.

What if it turns out there’s nothing worth automating?

Then the audit tells you exactly that, with numbers — and you’ve spent S$900 to learn your ops are already tight, which is worth knowing. I’d rather tell you the truth than sell you a build you don’t need; my business runs on named case studies from schools where it worked.
